2. What we collect
We collect what you choose to give us and nothing more. When you fill in the quote form, email us, text us or call, that is typically:
- Your name
- Your phone number and email address
- The project address and the rooms involved
- What is on the floor now, and any photos you send
- When you want the work done, and anything else you type into the message box
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank credentials, Social Security or government ID numbers, account passwords, or medical information. Please keep all of that out of the form and out of email. A web form and an email inbox are not the right place for it, and we never need it to price a floor.

3. How we use it
We use what you send to answer you and to do the work. That means:
- Replying to your message and asking follow-up questions about the rooms or the subfloor
- Booking a time to measure
- Writing, revising and sending your quote

- Invoicing and keeping ordinary business records afterwards

6. How long we keep it
We keep your request with our ordinary business records. We are not going to print a retention period here, because we have not adopted a formal one, and we would rather tell you the truth than publish a number we do not follow. If you want something deleted, ask us and we will deal with it.

We take reasonable care with what you send us. No website, email inbox or phone line is perfectly secure, so please do not use any of them for the sensitive categories listed in section 2.
