Carpet is the middle of what we do: installation, replacement, repair, stretching, patterned goods, wool, stair runners, wall-to-wall broadloom and commercial work. That focus shows up in small things. We know which cushion goes under a cut pile you sit on and which one crushes flat in a hallway. We know that a 15 ft roll can save a bedroom from a seam, and where to hide the seam when only a 12 ft roll will do.
Hard floors come next. Hardwood, engineered hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate and waterproof flooring go into kitchens, entries and basements, and then we make them meet the carpet cleanly at every doorway with a transition strip or a reducer. The service overview lays out each one.
The first conversation is you talking and us listening. Which rooms, what is on them now, what is going wrong, when you want it finished. Then we come out with a tape and a moisture meter mindset: we check the subfloor for flatness, squeaks and damp, look at every doorway height, and count treads and risers on the stairs.
Some things stay hidden until the old floor comes up. A rotted patch under a radiator. Three layers of vinyl and a plywood underlayment nobody knew about. We separate the work we can see from the work we might find, and we write both down instead of burying one inside a single square-foot rate.
